Any pet in need of immediate veterinary care should go to the closest animal hospital for an emergency visit. If you are unable to physically reach this animal, please call your local animal control.
Abuse Cases
Collect as much evidence as you can before making a report to the authorities. You should also let our team know about these abuse cases so we can advocate that the animal be brought to our sanctuary rather than a kill shelter.
Homeless Animals
If you see a homeless pet, prioritize safety, calmly assess if you can help, check for tags/microchips, and contact animal control to report it (even if it looks fine).

It depends on the animal. Some rescue animals bounce back quickly and are ready for adoption in just a few weeks. Others may need more time to rehabilitate—physically or emotionally. We never rush the process. Each pet gets the care they need before we begin the search for their forever home.
