Our mission is to wake up in a world where every soul is treated with kindness dignity respect, and most importantly their life has been touched by love, even if only for a moment!
I started volunteering with Always & Furever in June of 2022. My first event was the first ever hockey tournament. I was soon traveling to Greeley, KS to walk dogs and was hooked. I drove to Greeley every weekend to hang out with dogs that changed my life. I met my sweet Freddie at Greeley and he made the perfect addition to the family!
I now volunteer at the Oz shelter; am a relationship coordinator on the placement team; and a regular volunteer at many events (including being part of the 2-woman snack cart team for the golf tournaments). I have worked in education and currently have a full-time job. My true happiness and peace come from sharing this amazing mission with some of the most wonderful people and amazing animals! I am honored and blessed to have such a tiny part of finding these beautiful doggies and kitties their furever homes. I am so excited for what the future holds, and I’m here for it!
