Did you know A&F saves cats as well? Our kitten crew may be small, but the impact we’ve had is huge! We only have a few kitten fosters, once the kittens are old enough we bring them to the cat suites at our Petsmart partners where they get tons of visibility by potential future families! We take stray cats in through our Osawatomie Animal Shelter contracts as well as transfers from kill shelters and animal hospitals. We have cat crews in Wichita, Olathe, and KCMO!

Olathe Petsmart
Once foster kittens are old enough, many of our cats in the KC area go stay in the kitty suites at the Olathe Petsmart on 119th St where they get tons of visibility by potential future families! Our crew of cat volunteers go to Petsmart every morning and night to feed, clean, and play with the cats there. Volunteers also help out with meet and greets once a family is approved by Beth, our cat coordinator!
Any kitties we rescue from Missouri head to our new kitty room at the Little Grey Barn until they find a foster or furever family! Bring a book or just yourself and come hang out while the kitties climb all over. We would love to build a crew of cat volunteers that go to Petsmart every morning and night to feed, clean, and play with the cats there. Gretta is our wonderful cat coordinator in Wichita and would love to have more volunteers and fosters!
