Iām honored to introduce myself as the Intake Coordinator for Always & Furever. My journey with this incredible rescue started in the most unexpected and wonderful wayāas a doggy date volunteer. One simple outing led me to meet our very first foster failā¦ and, well, that quickly turned into a pattern. Each dog that came into our home found a place in our hearts, and before long, we had welcomed multiple pups who never left. Every āfoster failā became a forever family member.
As the years went on, I found myself becoming more involved on the intake side of rescue. What started as volunteering grew into a passion that has shaped my life. Iāve now had the privilege of helping bring thousands of dogs into A&F from all kinds of situations, each one deserving safety, love, and a second chance. Iām proud to say Iāve tagged, transferred, and helped save dogs from coast to coastāto our rescue and beyond.
Saving animals isnāt just something I doāitās who I am. Being part of this organization, surrounded by people who share the same heart for rescue, is an honor. Iām grateful every day for the chance to help these precious souls find the futures they deserve.
